Ms. Damilola Isafiade is a finance executive with over 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, bringing deep expertise in corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, and commercial strategy. She leads the company’s financial strategy, corporate planning, and investor engagement, playing a key role in strengthening financial performance and governance. Since joining Lekoil in 2014, Damilola has held senior roles that have driven the company’s growth and resilience. She began her career at Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company, where she built a strong foundation in governance, risk management, and finance operations. Damilola holds an MBA from the University of Lagos and a B.Sc. in Accounting from Covenant University, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA).
