Acquisition of a 51 per cent participating interest and operatorship in the Production Sharing Contract for OPL 241, located on the Gulf of Guinea shelf edge, straddling the Dahomey and Niger Delta Basins. The block covers 1,182 square kilometers and contains proven hydrocarbon discoveries in the Baba-1 and Epiya-1 wells, with significant additional upside identified through 3D seismic data.
Preliminary estimates indicate recoverable resources across oil and gas prospects, with ongoing appraisal and development activities aimed at advancing the block toward early production.
